We ship anywhere in Canada. All orders are processed promptly and shipped using the most suitable method based on the item type and destination.
Shipped via Manitoulin Transport
Flat rate: $125 per bicycle
Free shipping on bicycles when your total order exceeds $3,000 (before tax)
Shipped via Canada Post
Free shipping on apparel and footwear orders over $250 (before tax)
Orders under $250 will be charged a standard shipping rate calculated at checkout
Oversized or heavy items (over 4000 g) may be subject to additional charges, shown during checkout
We do not currently offer automatic international shipping.
Customers outside of Canada may contact us directly for a shipping quote and ordering assistance.
We want you to love your purchase. If you have changed your mind or are not fully satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include all original tags and packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Any PayPal/Credit Card transaction fees from the original purchase will be deducted from the store credit amount
Refunds are not available; returns are issued as exchange or store credit only
Please contact us before sending back a return so we can assist you with the process.
We accept major credit cards for secure online payment.
We accept payments through PayPal, where you may pay with a credit card or bank transfer.
A PayPal account is not required—choose “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” at checkout.
We accept Interac e-Transfers sent to [email protected].
If you wish to pay by e-transfer, please email us before completing your order so we can confirm your total and hold your items.
All payments must be received in full before orders are shipped or prepared for pickup.
All prices on our website are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Although we strive to keep inventory accurate, shortages may occur. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you with options.

Bicycles may require minor assembly upon arrival

Shipping delays or carrier-related issues
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (weather, strikes, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, etc.)
