We ship anywhere in Canada. All orders are processed promptly and shipped using the most suitable method based on the item type and destination.
Shipped via Manitoulin Transport.
Flat rate: $100 per bicycle.
Free shipping on bicycles when your total order exceeds $3,000 (before tax).
Shipped via Canada Post.
Free shipping on apparel and footwear orders over $250 (before tax).
Orders under $250 will be charged a standard shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Oversized or heavy items (over 4000 g) may be subject to additional charges; these will be displayed during checkout.
At this time, we do not offer automatic international shipping.

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and with all original tags and packaging attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any PayPal transaction fees incurred on the original purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
